HIITMODE is a strength training workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast! Our 55- minute workout includes three stations—15-minute TRX and battle ropes; 15-minute cardio work, 15- minutes of core work. Each station includes 10 minutes of instruction and transition between stations. No treadmills or rowing machines here. Our equipment includes TRX cables, battle ropes, and bench/barbell workouts with lots of repetition. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than you would on your own. HIIT class participants are greeted with mood lighting killer music, and most importantly a challenging workout.
